The digitization of our world is underway and nothing will stop it. Why not take part in it by digitizing your paper archives? Archives Conseil offers you its digitization services, whether you want to digitize 1 document or 1000 binders. Our digitization teams pay particular attention to each of your projects, whatever their size. Our drivers come to your premises, collect your documents and then transport them to the scanning center.<\/p>\n

The archivists then take over. Once the documents have been scanned and the files created, several options are available to you: a backup in our cloud or the reinjection via a USB key or a hard disk in your servers. Your paper documents can then be returned to you, stored at one of our 8 sites in Brussels and its outskirts, or destroyed and recycled. And all this at a competitive price for any service in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Although they retain their probative value, dematerialized files still have an impact on the environment that should not be overlooked. Digital pollution is particularly caused by energy-intensive data centers in view of the air conditioning required to cool the servers. Many technological advances have fortunately emerged to limit the impact of digital pollution: a chilled water circulation system in the server door, free cooling that uses outside air… Google has even filed a patent for store servers on boats. They keep the servers cool, while avoiding the use of electricity to ventilate them. The movements of the water also allow the boats to produce electricity and thus supply the servers with energy. We are therefore well on the way to “\u2009Green Data Centers\u2009”\u2009!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
