When to destroy your archives?<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

Are the documents you have chosen to archive on our premises no longer useful and are no longer subject to a retention period set by the law\u2009on legal archiving\u2009? We also offer destruction services! Archives Conseil takes care of the destruction, compacting and recycling of all your paper documents, CDs, diskettes, VHS, x-rays, tracings, etc. We will also provide you with a certificate of destruction\/recycling at the end of the procedure.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Are the archives to be destroyed in your offices? No problem. Archives Conseil has several solutions to offer you. The first, the “one shot”, consists of scheduling a passage during which our drivers take care of handling the documents directly where they are stored (cellar, attic, etc.). They load and transport the documents to be kept to the processing center where they will be destroyed. The second is regular sorting: you can’t just throw your documents away if you work in an industry where confidentiality matters, like a hospital or a law firm. We then provide you with collection equipment that will remain at your home and define together the frequency of passage to empty it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Did you know ? It takes 17 trees to make a ton of paper. But 1.1 tons of “used” paper can make one ton of recycled paper.
