The earthworks have begun, meaning the land has been leveled and prepared to host the upcoming infrastructure.
At the same time, our technical teams have started installing the warehouse’s electrical system. These first connections are crucial — they will power surveillance equipment, digitization tools, storage systems, and more.
Week of June 26, 2025: Roof Installation Underway
A new phase begins with the installation of the roof:

High-performance insulation is being added to ensure optimal preservation of documents and equipment.

A waterproof membrane is being applied to offer long-term protection against the elements.

Ventilation domes are being installed to enable natural airflow and maintain consistent air quality in the storage areas.
