Drop-off of documents for destruction or IT equipment for recycling
New service available since January 2025
Do you have paper documents to be destroyed or IT equipment to be recycled, and can you arrange the transport yourself? Archives Conseil now offers a simple and efficient solution: drop-off by appointment at one of our two collection centres.

How does it work?
1. Book an appointment
Contact our dispatch department to set a date and time for your drop-off.

2. Drop off your items
Come to the centre at the agreed time. Our staff will help you unload.

Weighing and receipt
The contents are weighed in your presence. You immediately receive a custody receipt. -
Secure processing

Paper documents are sent to our destruction and recycling stream.

IT equipment goes through a process of dismantling, secure destruction and recycling of its components.

3. Monitoring and traceability
At the end of the process, you receive a certificate of destruction/recycling.
On request, we can provide:

a standard inventory (simple list),
-
a special inventory (more detailed),
with optional transcription into Excel format.
No time to come to us?
No problem! Archives Conseil also offers a collection service at your home or on site.
A collection can usually be arranged within 3 working days of your request.
